Child Safety Standards
CSAE prevention · Last updated: 5 September 2026
VYBE, operated by ECA GLOBAL (M) SDN. BHD., has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards support our obligations under applicable law and the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.
1. Zero tolerance
We prohibit content, conduct, or use of the Service that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or abuses children. This includes CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to solicit or facilitate sexual contact with a minor. Credible violations may result in content restriction or removal, account termination, evidence preservation, and reporting to relevant authorities.
2. Prohibited content and behaviour
- CSAM in any form, including images, video, text, audio, or links.
- Sexualisation of minors, including stylised, animated, or AI-generated depictions.
- Grooming, luring, or soliciting minors for sexual purposes.
- Sharing, requesting, or facilitating access to CSAE or CSAM.
- Other content or behaviour that endangers or exploits a child.
3. Age requirements
VYBE is not intended for children under 13. Some features require users to be 18 or the age of majority. Accounts found to belong to under-age users may be removed.
4. How to report CSAE
- In the app: use the available report option on the relevant video, profile, message, or other supported content.
- Support page: visit Support & Complaints.
- Email: business@ecare.asia with subject “Urgent CSAE report”. Do not attach or forward illegal material; provide the VYBE username, content link or identifier, and a description.
We review reports promptly and act on credible violations without delay.
5. Response and legal compliance
- We restrict or remove confirmed violating content and take action against responsible accounts.
- We preserve relevant evidence where lawful and appropriate.
- We report to law-enforcement or child-protection bodies, including NCMEC and/or Malaysian authorities, where required by applicable law.
- We cooperate with valid legal requests.
